4.1 Cancellation by you. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.
4.2 Cancellation by us. In exceptional circumstances (illness, equipment failure, severe weather) we may need to cancel or reschedule. We will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling with no additional cost.
Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed at booking; we accept the methods stated on our website or confirmed via email. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
6.1 Our liability. We carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
